Manage Account
From this page, you will be able to cancel your subscription, add a new subscription, make updates to your credit card or change your password.
Group HIIT works with a company called InPlayer to manage subscriptions. If you need any further detailed instructions on managing your account, you can visit the InPlayer support center. Their support center is available in multiple languages. You can also send us an email: contact@grouphiit.com
Roku
Your subscription comes with access to the Group HIIT Roku channel. Learn how to log in and add the channel to your Roku. If you started your subscription for Group HIIT through Roku, you will need to manage the subscription on my.roku.com. If you registered your account using a Google log in, you will need to set a password to use on Roku.
Cancel Subscription
- If you are not logged in yet, please log into your account. Note: If you are logged in, no window will launch.
- Click here to launch the "My Details" screen where you can view your susbscriptions.
- Click on My Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to cancel and click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation by clicking YES, CANCEL.
You will keep your access until the ongoing subscription period expires.
Add Subscription
If you took a break from Group HIIT and want to add a subscription back to your account, please follow these instructions.
- If you are not logged in yet, please log into your account. Note: If you are logged in, no window will launch.
- Click here to Add a Subscription. Select the subscription and finish check out.
Update Credit Card
If you need to update your credit card, follow these instructions. Please note that if you have started with a free trial and have not yet made a purchase with Group HIIT, your card will not show up yet.

Change Password
To change your password, follow these directions.

Password Reset
If you are unable to log in and need to reset your password, follow these instructions. If you have any problems with receiving the token email please email contact@grouphiit.com and we can send a temporary password.
- Launch the log in screen Note: If you are logged in, no window will launch.
- On the pop up, click "Forgot Password" located below the blue LOG IN button. (Set your language in the bottom left menu if you do not speak English.)
- Enter your email
- Check your email for a token.
- Copy and paste the token into the screen, then set a password.
- You should be logged into your account. Go to your account to access workouts. You can also access the account screen by going to "My Account" and "Workouts & Programs".
Delete Account
You can delete your subscription account by logging and clicking "Delete Account". This will remove your subscription account and all credit card information. If you would also like us to delete your email and remove all data related to your customer account, please email contact@grouphiit.com or send us a message below
