Not sure which program is best for you? Learn more about our HIIT programs. We recommend starting with Flash Fit or the 30 Day Weight Loss Challenge if you are in relatively good shape. Even beginners can do Flash Fit! The 30 Day HIIT Challenge is tough and keeps your heart rate up to burn calories. It's a great program for groups because it requires no equipment. Body Focus Workouts
In addition to your program workouts, you get to choose some workouts so you can keep mixing up your routine to suit your goals. New workouts are continuously added.
Cardio Day
Burn Cardio for Weight Loss - Most programs have a dedicated Cardio day. Choose any Burn Cardio workout or do another form of cardio for 30 minutes. Burn Cardio workouts include our best cardio intensive movements that get your heart rate up and burn calories fast. They are available in three levels.
Ignite Abs
A strong core is important for posture and to support your back! Do at least one Ignite Abs workout per week to work on toning your abs.
Yoga
Yoga practices are available to improve flexibility and reduce stress. They can be done on Restore Saturday and/or after a workout.
Strength Workouts for Muscle Groups
Complete 1 of these body focus workouts during the week to improve tone and build strength in the area of your choice.
