This is a great one. The weight loss workouts are the best, in my opinion.
This one is not as hard for me as it was the first time I did it but my form is better so it is still grueling.
I start out able to do 10 pushups, then 8 then barely 7. My pushups are perfect now - I maintain that right...

I start out able to do 10 pushups, then 8 then barely 7. My pushups are perfect now - I maintain that right angle with my elbow and I feel it all in my shoulders.
Jump lunges amp up the intensity as does a full burpee!
