How to do L-up hiit exercise

Lay on your back, flex feet, and bring legs up until they are 90 degrees from the floor. Keep core tight, squeeze glutes and thighs together as you lift legs straight up into the air and bring the lower back a few inches off the ground. Take your time and try not to rock!
