Challenging and super satisfying

This is hard folks! Bring your motivation. There's only 10 seconds between moves- I guess that is where the endurance comes in. 🥵 As far as the circuits go, it went Hardest with the first to Easiest with the third. 60 secs of jumping jack squats are a burner. OWIE. So I did Jack, Jack Squat, Jack, Jack Squat. Sorry, my legs are a little punished still from earlier in the week. :/ My Apple Watch says 290 cals in 24 mins so I'll take this any day over a 40 minute cardio workout. I am actually going on to an upper body to give myself a 45 minute cardio and strength workout. I liked this one alot.
