Full Body Workout with an easy and fun flow.
I love how this workout is tailored for a beginner like myself. The extent of my exercise experience is walking with a stroller, leisurely riding a bike occasionally, and a Pilates class in college years ago. This workout is strenuous enough to allow me to burn calories and get shape while not being so out of reach to be discouraging. Having the 30 second rests are amazing and I love that the workout is structured in rounds to balance out the parts of the body being used. An added bonus is the option to choose a playlist that you like best. So many positives and no negatives that I can see so far.
